MHS Seniors,

Applying for scholarships is a great opportunity to receive free money to help offset the cost of college. Please pay close attention to the deadline and requirements for each scholarship application. 

Our local scholarships will go live on March 1, 2027, but there are many additional scholarship opportunities available online now. Please see the spreadsheet in your Google classroom for scholarship opportunities currently available. The spreadsheet will be updated regularly as new opportunities become available. 

If your application requires an Official Transcript, please fill out the google form. Please allow 3-5 business days for the request to be processed. You are responsible for picking up your documents from Ms. Hewitt in the School Counseling Office after the 5  business days - we do not mail or upload these documents for you. 

If your application requires an Unofficial Transcript, please follow the steps below to access and download a copy through your Aspen account. 

            1.Select "My Info" from the top tab
            2.Select "Transcript" from the side tab
            3.Select "Reports" 
            4.From the drop down menu select "Unofficial School Transcript MHS"
            5.Click "Run"
            6.You will then be able to download a pdf to print or upload with your application

If your application requires a Letter of Recommendation from a teacher or counselor, please reach out to them directly. Be sure to provide them with the scholarship name, deadline, submission instructions, and any other necessary information they will need to complete the recommendation for you. 

The MHS Scholarship List can be found in the Class of 2027 Counseling Google Classroom.  This is only available to students with a MHS email address.
