Roland Green Preschool provides a developmental program for children ages 3 to 5 years old, fostering an inclusive and integrated learning environment where children with disabilities are educated alongside their typically developing peers.

Our curriculum follows a thematic approach, ensuring lessons are engaging, individualized, and aligned with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts guidelines to support a strong foundation for Kindergarten readiness.

  • Students must be Mansfield residents

  • Children must be at least 3 years old by September 1st of the school year

  • Inclusive classrooms consist of typically developing students (Community Peer Students) and children with disabilities (Special Education Students)

Special Education Student Registration

Is your child a Special Education Student transferring from another district with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP)?

Community Peer Program

A Community Peer is a child without special needs who demonstrates age-appropriate social skills, communication abilities, and behavior. These peers serve as positive role models, helping children with developmental delays by illustrating typical development in a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

Enrollment Information

📅 We conduct an annual screening process starting in January to select Community Peer Model students for the next school year.

📅 Our Community Peer students participate in a 10-month 4 day a week (M-Th) tuition-based preschool program (September–June).

🕘 Half-Day Program – 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM | $275/month

🕘* Full-Day Program – 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM | $475/month

*(Eligible students only – Must be 4 years old & eligible for kindergarten the next year)

🚫 At this time, we do not offer rolling enrollment.

🚫 At this time we do not provide tuition relief or accept vouchers.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for enrollment, children must meet the following criteria:

✅ Be 3 years old on or before September 1, ✅ Not eligible for kindergarten

✅ Be a Mansfield resident ✅ Toilet trained by September 1st

✅ Demonstrate age-appropriate behavior and skills

Application & Screening Process

📅 January – Application submission 📅 February – Application review

📅 March – Student screening takes place 📅 April – Applicants notified of acceptance

Acceptance Criteria

✔ Meeting all eligibility conditions ✔ Screening results demonstrating age-appropriate behavior and skills

✔ Preference for siblings of current students ✔ Preference for returning students
