Braking news;
This from Music director Shelia Newton;
I am thrilled to announce that MHS freshman, Nia John (left) won the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her role as Lavender in Mansfield High School's recent production of MATILDA!
In addition, junior Matt Neary (right) won for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Mr. Wormwood.
The awards were announced last night(6/10/19) at the MET Award Ceremony at the Berklee Performing Arts Center in Boston. (Website)
